1. General Terms

by666 is an online betting and casino platform operated specifically for players in Bangladesh. The platform offers sports betting, casino games, slots, fishing games, and a variety of other entertainment gaming services.

These terms are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). by666 reserves the right to change these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any such change will be considered automatic acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any associated bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. by666 reserves the right to cancel an account if false or incorrect information is provided. If documents are requested for identity verification (KYC), the member must supply them.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify by666 support immediately.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at by666 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example — a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; or a deposit of ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires 20x wagering. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on games approved on the by666 platform.
• Claiming multiple bonus offers at the same time is not permitted, unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been met.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• by666 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

4.4 VIP Program

by666's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is given at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold, and up to 1.0% at Platinum. Regular active play gives members the opportunity to move up to higher tiers.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed. by666 reserves the right to void any bet that was incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.

5.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and various other sports. Example markets include — Match Winner, Top Batsman, Total Runs, and similar markets for matches such as Bangladesh vs India. Actual match results, dates, or scores are not provided on this platform.

5.3 Casino & Game Results

All casino and slot games are powered by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair and unbiased outcomes. It is not possible to interfere with or predict game results.

5.4 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game and market are set by by666 and are displayed in the interface of each game. by666 reserves the right to change betting limits under special circumstances.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the by666 platform:

• Using fraudulent software, bots, or automated tools.
• Exchanging bets with other members or engaging in collusion.
• Using multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities or technical weaknesses in the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving disrespectfully towards other members.
• Using by666's intellectual property without permission.

If any of the above activities are proven, by666 reserves the right to immediately close the account and freeze all funds.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

by666 may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these terms.
• Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Instructions from law enforcement agencies.

7.2 Account Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time through support. All pending withdrawal requests will be settled before the account is closed; however, any bonus will be cancelled if wagering requirements are incomplete.

7.3 Inactive Accounts
